Switching to Free Electronic Statements* is Easy!

Just follow the steps listed below to turn off paper statements and start accessing your account statements online. Remember, you can always print out a paper statement on your home printer if needed.

Already registered in On-Line Banking?
Follow these simple steps:
  1. Log in to Wilmington Trust's On-Line Banking.
  2. Select the "Other Services" tab at the top of the page. see sample
  3. Go to "Account Preferences" and select "Set Up Statement Preferences." see sample
  4. Select "Electronic Statement" and click "submit". see sample
  5. Check "Electronic Statements" and accept the e-sign agreement – that's it! see sample
You will receive an email alert announcing that your latest statement is ready for viewing.


Not yet registered in On-Line Banking?
Get started today. Here's how:
  1. Click here to enroll your accounts.
  2. Under "Set Up Online Access (New Users)" select your account type – Personal Accounts or Business Accounts.
  3. Then check "Banking Services."
  4. On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter personal information. Complete and select "enter."
  5. Follow the instructions to update your contact information, select a User ID and password, establish a security profile, and review and accept the Wilmington Trust e-sign agreement.
  6. That's it! Now that you are enrolled in On-Line Banking, simply follow the four steps at the top of this page to enroll in e-statements.
