Managing Director, Project Finance Sales Leader

As Sales Leader for the Project Finance Business Development efforts within Wilmington Trust’s Global Capital Markets division (GCM), Doug is responsible for introducing GCM’s capabilities and services to Energy and Infrastructure opportunities.

Doug, who joined Wilmington Trust in 2009, is an accomplished senior business development executive with 30 years experience domestically and internationally in the Trust and Securities industry, covering Debt Capital Markets, M&A, and Insurance markets, as well as specialization in Project Finance.

Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. John’s University. He has completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Project Finance Series. Doug is a graduate of New York’s University’s International Banking Risk and Regulation Certificate Program. He was named to M&T’s President Council, an annual award in recognition of outstanding leadership and
sales abilities.
