As Head, Wilmington Trust, Jennifer oversees two businesses: Wealth Management and Institutional Client Services. Wilmington Trust’s Wealth business provides a wide range of planning, trust and estate, and private banking services to individuals and families across the U.S. The Institutional Client Services team provides trust, custody, and agency services to corporations, government agencies, foundations, and investment plans across the U.S. and Europe. She also leads M&T’s Equipment Finance group, overseeing a portfolio of specialized products across all sizes of equipment categories.

Prior to joining M&T/Wilmington Trust in 2022, Jennifer served as CEO of Computershare’s North American Issuer Services business, providing shareholder services to more than 6,000 public companies. She also served as general counsel at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and, later, as president and CEO of CIBC’s U.S. operations. In these roles, she led teams across North America, navigating the challenges of the global financial crisis and re-positioned the U.S. business, including broker-dealer operations, wealth management, corporate banking, real estate finance, and capital markets, for both organic and inorganic growth.

She believes serving others is a privilege and has been a longstanding supporter of the United Way in both the U.S. and Canada. She is a current member of the board of directors of the United Way of New York City and the Partnership Fund for New York City.

Born and raised in Canada, Jennifer earned a bachelor of science and law degree from the University of Toronto.
