Meghan is member of the Global Capital Markets U.S. Loan Agency Group, where she is the head of Private Credit and Named Agency. Prior to managing the team Meghan served as a relationship manager for Private Credit clients, managing a portfolio of middle market loans across various industries with a primary focus on business development companies and the U.S. energy and power sector.

Meghan has served as administrative and collateral agent on the following transactions: $235 million first lien credit facility to Warren Resources, Inc; $450 million term loan credit facility to Southcross Energy Partners, LP; $90 million DIP facility to American Apparel (USA), LLC; and $848 million Junior DIP facility to Eastman Kodak Company.

Meghan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in international sustainable development from the University of Minnesota.
