To reset your password or retrieve a user ID, click the appropriate link below and follow the instructions on the website.
Wilmington Trust online account experience
On the login screen, select “Forgot your User ID?” to begin the user ID retrieval process or select “Forgot your Password?” to begin the password reset process. Please note that only registered online users can use these features to reset a password or retrieve a user ID. If you do not have access to the online account experience, please speak with your advisor or relationship manager.

The online account experience will give you single-sign-on access to eligible Wilmington Trust and M&T Securities accounts, as well as other services such as On-Line Portfolio and On-Line Statements. Speak with your advisor or relationship manager to link and access your M&T Securities accounts.
On the WT365 login screen, select the “Forgot Your Password?” link below the Username field and follow the on-screen instructions. If you need to retrieve your username, please call our Online Services Support Team at 1.866.236.1622 Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM ET.
On the WebFolio login screen, select the “Forgot Password” link and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. If you need to retrieve your username, please call our Online Services Support Team at 1.800.779.2479 Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM ET.
